1. Before first use, wash the cookware with water, a small amount of flour mixed into a thin paste, and dishwashing detergent. Rinse thoroughly before use.

2. If vigorous scrubbing leaves black stainless steel residue on the surface, simply wash it again with a soft cloth or sponge.

3. White spots or rainbow-colored marks after cooking are a normal result of starch and minerals in the water. Soak and clean with a stainless steel cleaner.

4. If the cookware turns yellow, excessive heat may have caused oil or seasonings to adhere to the surface. Soak and clean with a stainless steel cleaner.

After use, wipe the cookware dry and store it in a dry place. Do not store it with strong acidic or alkaline substances, as they may cause rust or corrosion.
